We think that translation is a complicated and comprehensive process that requires the good language skill, rich subject-specific knowledge and strict quality control. We are deeply aware of that high quality translation work means the saving of your time and effort, that's why we attach great importance to it. 

Quality Assurance Procedures: 

  Step 1 Project Review 
At Sino-translation®, it is quite simple and convenient for you to send your documents to us. You can send your documents by fax or email, or if you live in Beijing (within a 20 kilometers radius of Xidan commercial area), we can take delivery of your documents right at your door free of charge. Upon receiving your documents, one of our senior editor will give these documents a quick review to determine the nature of your documents. Based on this and in consideration of your requirements, we will give you a free estimation covering the approximately length of your documents, translation fees and turnaround time, then an agreement concerning the translation matters will be signed between us. 

  Step 2 Establishment of Project Team 
Based on our review in Step 1, we will establish a project team consisting of several carefully selected full-time translators according to the specific nature of your documents and a project manager with rich experience to coordinate the whole translation process. Then a detailed working schedule will be formulated, the translation work begins under the supervision of project manager. 

  Step 3 Translation by Experienced Translators 
In order to achieve the highest quality and the consistency of whole document in terms of language style, technical and culture-specific terminology, the project manager will establish an integrated glossary management system during the translation process, and will coordinate the whole translation process so as to guarantee the quality, efficiency and consistency of our translation work. 

  Step 4 Proofreading by Subject-specific Editor 
After Step 3 is finished, we will appoint a senior editor who has years of experience in the specific field of translation to check the technical, commercial or cultural accuracy of the finished translation, so as to make your free from any complication commonly found with translators who understand only language but not the technical, commercial or culture make-up of the readers. 

  Step 5 Proofreading by Linguistic Editor 
In this Step, a skilled and specialized linguistic editor checks a second time for terminology, consistency, presentation, style, omission, and overall linguistic accuracy of the documents from Step 4. We have access to a vast number of industry-specific dictionaries and glossaries along with internally developed glossaries that we use to shape standard languages to specific industry requirements. we assure maximum consistency and accuracy while saving your time and effort. 

  Step 6 Layout and DTP 
In this Step, our computer and DTP (desktop publishing) experts will satisfy your requirements on layout and DTP in any format. Just tell us your requirements, we will take care the rests. 

  Step 7 Delivery 
Your final translated document will be delivered to you via fax, email or courier free of charge. Also all copies of your original documents, no matter in what format (fax, copies, or data), will be disposed according to your requirements, so as to make your documents safe and confidential.
